Motorists are being asked to take extra care on the Island's roads this morning as it continues to bear the brunt of Storm Frank.
There's been gale force winds and heavy rain overnight.
Winds are due to pick up again this afternoon and there are fears that waves and debris will wash onto exposed promenades.
Emergency services, Civil Defence and the Department of Infrastructure have been working to keep people safe.
