Hospice appeals for 'gift of care' this Christmas

Hospice Isle of Man is urging people to give the 'gift of care' this Christmas.

It's been running the gift card-style scheme for a number of years - the idea is to buy a card for someone with a pre-paid value of care.

The money covers things like paying for a nurse's shift or a day trip out for an adult or child.
