Budget concerns force axe of Children's University

The 'Children's University' has been axed by the Department of Education and Children.
The initiative - targeted at promoting extra-curricular learning amongst primary school students - has been ditched.
It saw kids aged between five and 14-years-of-age collecting stamps for attending activities resulting in a 'graduation-style' ceremony.
Investigations and education liaison manager Pauline Garcia says it was no longer affordable:
