Election candidates urged to get legal advice

Guidance given to prospective General Election candidates can't be relied upon in law.

That's the answer Douglas East MHK Jon Joughin received after pitching the question at the Policy and Reform Minister in Tynwald.

The Cabinet Office has issued an advice document on election funding for those intending to stand next year.
