School newspaper makes history

Students at Castle Rushen High School have made history by becoming the first school on the Island to produce its own newspaper.

The first edition of 'The Messenger' has been published within the latest Southern Chronicle - it was written by Key Stage 4 and 5 pupils.

The intention is to publish five editions a year which will be put into print every two months.
