Revellers are being warned that anti-social behaviour won't be tolerated this weekend - one of the busiest times in the run up to Christmas.
Today is traditionally known as "Black Eye Friday" with pubs, bars and clubs expected to be busier than normal.
Last year 49 per cent of all arrests over the festive period were alcohol related.
