Plans for extensive new sporting facilities in Port Erin are currently being considered.
A planning application has been submitted for the fields next to the Ballakilley housing estate showing the proposed layout.
The prospective tenant Sport Erin - which is the charity arm of the Southern Nomads RFC - wants to build two rugby pitches and a cricket pitch.
That's in addition to car parking, storage units and changing rooms - the latter of which would be temporary until funds were raised to build a permanent clubhouse with these incorporated.
Sport Erin says the layout of the community land has been designed to cause the least disruption, nuisance or inconvenience to adjacent residents.
