Disability Discrimination Act to go before Tynwald

Could discrimination against disabled people finally come to an end on the Isle of Man?

In Tynwald this week a four-year phased introduction of the Disability Discrimination Act will be requested.

Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle says its function is to protect the Island's most vulnerable people as the Equality Bill is formulated:
