Home Care staff 'determined' to reach users calling for help

Vulnerable people who've been affected by flooding have been promised help is on the way.

Home Care staff say they will get to them by any means regardless of how remote some people may be.

Severe flooding engulfed the Island's roads following torrential rain yesterday - many employees were stranded and unable to travel to anyone calling for help.

Service manager Debbie Harris insists they're trying to get to as many people as possible:
