OFT looks to improve service for Manx consumers

The Office of Fair Trading is looking for more efficient ways to address product recalls coming through from the UK.

That's chief inspector of Trading Standards John Peet.

Batches of products from a number of well-known retailers are being summoned back to their place of purchase this week - they include Wilko fibre tip pens, Next heart shape tealight, and a number of Fisher Price car seats.
