Jury retires in fatal road crash trial

The jury in the trial of a Derbyshire man accused of causing the death of a motorcyclist has retired to consider its verdict.

51-year-old James Ricketts denies driving carelessly on August 6th last year on the Laxey to Ramsey Coast Road.

His VW Golf was involved in a collision with a motorbike being ridden by 43-year-old Ramsey man Neil Walker - he died at the scene.
