Incapacity complaints being collated by MHK

Complaints against government appointed 'fitness to work' specialists are being compiled by the leader of the Liberal Vannin Party.

Douglas South MHK Kate Beecroft is taking up issues concerning Dependability Ltd.

It follows a number of complaints from disability claimants about how their cases have been handled by the company - which concludes whether or not someone is fit to work and if they're entitled to incapacity benefit.
