Public sector spending deficit needs immediate attention, says MHK

The deficit in public sector spending needs to be addressed - and quickly.
That's the answer from Treasury after it was probed by Michael MHK Alf Cannan in the House of Keys this week.
In the year 2013/14, the deficit stood at £110 million - £78 million of that figure was topped-up by the Reserves Fund.
Minister Eddie Teare says that can't continue to happen - because the fund is running out.
He explains what needs to be done:
