People urged to take charge and 'self care'

People are being urged to empower themselves by taking charge of their healthcare at home.

This month will see the launch of the "Self Care for Life" awareness campaign. 

Advice on keeping fit and healthy, preventing illness or accidents and living with long-term ailments will be addressed.
