Lib Van concerned about capability complaints

What qualifies capability decision-makers to conclude that someone is fit to work?

That's the question being posed by the Liberal Vannin Party following a number of complaints from the public.

Personal capability assessments are now carried out by UK-based provider Dependability Ltd - party leader Kate Beecroft says she doesn't believe they're experienced enough. 

Appeals are only accepted against the decision-making process which Mrs Beecroft feels is fundamentally wrong:
