Businesses can't find staff says Chief

More must be done to boost the Island's working population - with concerns there aren't enough people to fill vacant posts.

Around 2,500 people left the unemployment register over the last year.

Certain sectors are facing particular difficulties - ICT and engineering have seen serious shortages leaving a number of organisations thinking about relocating.
