The Isle of Man has not appointed another Acting Attorney General and claims that it has are "inaccurate".
That's according to the Chief Minister who's dismissed North Douglas MHK John Houghton's suggestions that an appointment has been made.
In the House of Keys this week he claimed a UK barrister had been brought in to the post.
However Allan Bell has dismissed this saying he was brought in to advise on one serious issue and it goes no further than that:
