Health Minister won't support decriminalisation of cannabis

Why do we need to decriminalise cannabis to recognise its medicinal qualities?

That's the question posed by the Health and Social Care Minister who's responded after the issue sparked a debate in the House of Keys.

Qualified chemist, and Speaker of the House, Steve Rodan agrees - he says self-medicating is unwise, but it makes sense to extract benefit from the drug.
