Plans to increase minimum wage unveiled

Proposals are in place to raise the minimum wage on the Isle of Man:

Chief Minister Allan Bell made the announcement in the House of Keys this morning.

The plans will be put forward in Tynwald next month.

He says it's a positive jump:
