Young people on the Isle of Man need to have their voices heard to make sure new services offered to them are relevant and targeted.
The Youth Trust is conducting the survey for those aged between 11 and 18.
The findings of the survey will then be passed to government's Children's Services Partnership - last time it was conducted almost 1,500 people responded.
