Standalone cinema screenings especially for autistic children have been welcomed.
Coordinated by local parents and the Palace Cinema, the sensory friendly screenings offer a calm controlled environment for the young people to enjoy the movie.
Louise Jacob-Armstrong and her seven year old autistic son Samuel have traditionally found cinema going an anxious experience.
