Local dietician allays concerns about 'cancerous' red meat

A dietitian on the Island has allayed concerns that red meat will cause bowel cancer.
This week the World Health Organisation released a report linking processed foods and red meat to the disease.
Rachel Cleator works at Noble's Hospital - she concurs with the findings on processed foods but urges people not to cut red meat from their diet.
She says in moderation it's a vital source of protein:
