Young people question R-plate proposals

Young people aren't convinced that plans to change R-plate restrictions are well thought out.

The proposals would see new drivers donning R-plates for longer, be subject to a curfew and unable to carry more than one passenger.

It follows a number of fatal and serious crashes in the last 18-months.
