Accommodation complaints spark hotel study

Complaints about accommodation on the Island sparked the decision to conduct an extensive study into the Island's hotel sector.

Specialist research group 'Hotel Solutions' will carry out the review which will ascertain the true state of the sector and where improvements are needed.

Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly was quizzed on the matter in Tynwald last week.
