Thieves raid Douglas business

Thieves have stolen around £10,000 from a commercial property in Douglas during a raid in the early hours of this morning.

Apollo Blinds was broken into around 3.30am - the safe was removed and a work van was also taken.

The company is based on the Riverside trading estate in Pulrose, anyone with information is asked to contact Police Headquarters immediately.

Company partner Chris Reynolds has urged fellow companies to be vigilant and ensure all security precautions are taken.
