Psychiatric reports being compiled for Castletown vandal

Psychiatric reports will be compiled before a man who went on a £7,000 vandalism spree in Castletown is sentenced.

25-year-old Daniel Andrews was re-arraigned at Douglas Courthouse last week where he admitted 13 counts of criminal damage.

On November 29th last year he damaged numerous motor vehicles parked in the town - Andrews, who is currently remanded, also asked for 19 other charges to be taken into consideration.

Social enquiry reports have also been requested - he will be sentenced on December 11th.
