Manx Cancer Help gets behind 'Movember'

Manx Cancer Help will use a charity initiative throughout November to encourage men to talk about the illness.

It's endorsing the Movember challenge which sees participants grow their moustaches whilst raising vital funds in the process.

The charity provides psychological therapy sessions for people impacted by cancer - traditionally men have been hesitant to seek help.
