'Only a new administration will change government', says MHK

There is resistance to change within government - and it will take a new administration to change that.

That's the view of East Douglas MHK Chris Robertshaw who's made it clear where he thinks the blame lies.

He's confirmed he will be defending his seat at the General Election next September - the one time Policy and Reform Minister says government needs to be smarter and smaller.
