People offering cosmetic and beauty treatments without the required licences will be dealt with.
That's the warning from government's health and safety directorate - it's after an unregistered makeup artist was found to be offering the 'microblading' service.
Microblading is the method of depositing small amounts of ink onto the skin, commonly used when tattooing permanent eyebrows.
