Politicians may have to revisit legislation agreed under the current government administration following next year's General Election.
That's the message from the Treasury Minister who says there's simply too much to do, and not enough time to do it in.
This week it was confirmed that a new domestic rating system - which was due to be in place by April - has been shelved; it's been blamed on lack of resources.
