Brownfield sites to be developed first says Minister

Efforts to identify land for residential development on the Island are gathering pace.

It all forms part of government's draft Strategic Plan - with employment and residential space needed to support economic growth.

Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says he'll be working closely with local communities and businesses to move the process forward.

He says any developments will be in keeping with the surroundings and sympathetic to the landscape:
