Candidate for Douglas East declares

Candidates are already coming forward for next year's General Election.

This week 29-year-old Kevin Oliphant-Smith declared he would be standing in the Douglas East constituency.

Kevin says he's had a keen interest in politics since an early age, and feels he could well represent the voice of the people.
