Sport Aid Academy officially launched

A major new initiative designed to nurture and progress young sporting talent on the Isle of Man has been launched.

The Sport Aid Academy will run over three years, delivering a programme of education and training to enhance the skills needed to make it on the world stage.

Participants have been selected from the tier below those who currently receive sport aid funding.

Performance co-ordinator Chris Quine explained how the two fit together.
