Ferry prices are hot topic says Minister

Steam Packet prices do appear competitive when compared to other operators in the British Isles.

That's according to the Infrastructure Minister who says that price comparisons show the company could be construed as being fair to customers.

Phil Gawne's comments come as the department launches a public consultation on the current User Agreement - it will run until 2020 with a potential six-year extension.

He says he expects the cost of services will be a hot topic:
