Peel Beach water 'good' following sewerage leak

Peel Town Commissioners say the water around Peel Beach is now 'good'.

Works will be conducted to repair a leak from a chamber in the sewage outfall pipe next month - the water has been tested and it's now safe to swim.

A public meeting to discuss progress on the pipe, and to find a long-term solution for the area, will be held at Peel Town Hall on October 20th at 7pm.
