Funding from the Isle of Man is continuing to make a tangible difference to the lives of people living overseas who are in need.
That's the view of MHK Phil Gawne who heads up the International Development Committee.
It will work alongside the Council of Ministers to identify a wide range of projects over the next three years through the multi-year grant programme.
Mr Gawne says he appreciates the view that charity begins at home, but says the money helps people in unimaginably bad situations:
