Tributes pour in for much loved Manxman

John Kennaugh

One of the leading champions in the Manx farming community has died following a short battle with illness.

John Kennaugh, who was from St John's, was not only a farmer but also the Captain of the Parish and former president of the Manx Farmer's Union.

He was also a well known public speaker, preacher and broadcaster.

His death has led an outpouring of tributes on our Facebook page, with Karl branding him a true legend and Susan saying we have lost a real Manx gentleman.
