Man denies indecent assault in club

A Douglas man will stand trial after pleading not guilty to indecently assaulting a woman in a nightclub.

25-year-old Damian Bartlomiejczak denied the charge at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.

It's alleged he assaulted in the woman in the early hours of July 26th at The Courthouse on Athol Street in Douglas.

A pre-trial review will take place on November 10th - he has been bailed in the meantime.
