Government and local authorities need unity, says new MHK

The new MHK for Glenfaba says he wants to see greater unity between government and local authorities.
Geoffrey Boot succeeded David Anderson in a closely fought battle with David Talbot on Thursday night.
Mr Boot was a commissioner until he tendered his resignation upon his House of Keys success.
He says the relationship between the two bodies needs strengthening:
