Local man is a hit on X Factor show

Local man Simon Lynch appeared on hit TV show the X-Factor - wowing the audience and its judges this weekend.

The 23-year-old is known here for his performances on stage and on the local pub circuit.

He took to the stage on Saturday night to sing Beyonce's 'If I Were a Boy' - impressing Simon Cowell, who believes there's potential in the Manxman.
