Onchan 'Live at Home' scheme set for re-launch

The Onchan Live at Home Scheme is being re-launched.

Manager Anni Pearsall says it's to boost the profile of the organisation and encourage more volunteers to join its ranks.

His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor Adam Wood is hosting a reception at Government House on the 10 September to celebrate.

It has worked to befriend and support lonely older people for 15 years. Anni explains what it needs to upkeep the service:
