Peel man charged with theft offences

A Peel man who's been charged with attempted theft and going equipped to steal has been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.

44-year-old Kevin Quirk appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday in relation to six offences which were allegedly committed on Highfield Drive in Baldrine on Wednesday.

He's also accused of taking a vehicle without permission, driving without due care, having no insurance and driving whilst disqualified.

He will next appear in court on September 3rd.
