The boss of a roofing company which is accused of causing a fire at Mount Murray will stand trial.
63-year-old Roy Cross appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday where he was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
On behalf of his firm Roofcraft he has previously denied three health and safety failings including two of failing to discharge duty and one of failing to comply with regulations.
The charges relate to a blaze at the hotel and country club complex in Santon on November 7th 2013.
Cross has been bailed - he will next appear before the court on a date to be fixed.
