Fishermen are now able to catch more queenies in Manx waters.
Following a review it's been determined that the queen scallop catch limit can be increased by 240 tonnes.
It follows strict restrictions in recent years with outright bans imposed in some areas.
The sustainability exercise has proved a success, with healthy supplies of large scallops reported following the recent study.
