A Douglas woman will be sentenced next month after claiming over £3600 in benefits she wasn't entitled to
33-year-old Roisin Devlin failed to declare she'd taken up part-time employment at Ann Summers and continued to cash Income Support payments.
At Douglas Courthouse yesterday she admitted six counts of making false representations to claim benefits between February 2014 and April 2015.
The court heard she was legitimately in receipt of the support originally but failed to alert the authorities that her circumstances had changed and she was working.
Social enquiry reports have been requested - Devlin will be sentenced on September 15th.
