Sport could be catalyst for equal opportunities says MLC

People on the Island must be given "equal opportunities" and sport could be the catalyst for transformation and change.

That's the view of the Education and Children Minister following his recent visit to Los Angeles in support of the Manx team at the Special Olympics World Games.

Whilst there Tim Crookall participated in the Doha GOALS Forum - three days of events which considered the social impact of sport.

The MLC says this could be a springboard for change:
