The Tynwald Chamber has been reopened after its glass ceiling was smashed during the final Tynwald sitting last month.
Attention was first drawn to the issue when small fragments of glass fell onto the desk of East Douglas MHK Chris Robertshaw.
After a further inspection it was deemed that a piece of plaster broke off in the attic, which is directly above the chamber's ceiling.
This will be repaired in the near future - costings for the work have not yet been established.
It means that the building can re-open for tours with the next scheduled Tynwald sitting not until late October.
