The Isle of Man Constabulary has become the first police force in Britain to achieve the 'Investors in People Champion' status.
An internationally recognised award for performance in developing its people - it puts the Manx police in the top one per cent of IIP in the world.
Judged against criteria like strategic leadership and communication, the force has been asked to share 'best practice' with other organisations.
