A Ramsey man who's on remand at the Isle of Man Prison has had one of the charges against him dropped.
24-year-old Callum Radcliffe appeared before the Magistrates Court yesterday where a count of provoking behaviour was withdrawn.
He'd previously entered a not guilty plea and was due to stand trial for the offence which was allegedly committed on June 27th.
However the prosecutor told the court the witnesses had retracted their statements and no evidence would be offered.
Last month Radcliffe was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery for two other offences - it's alleged he drove whilst disqualified and caused serious bodily harm by dangerous driving.
Both offences are said to have happened on North Shore Road in Ramsey on May 24th.
An application for bail was refused and Radcliffe was further remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
