Investors are complaining that there isn't enough land available to develop for employment purposes on the Island.
It's a particular problem in the east with evidence showing land supply will dry up in three years if the current-take up is maintained and new sites are not released.
As a result government is now asking landowners and developers to suggest areas which could be released under Development Orders.
